Respected sirs,
please suggest me wheather Annual report for f.y. 2013-14 of a listed company will included the matters as per last companies act 1956 and will be made as per last year or provisions of new companies act 2013 will be aaplicable and if new provisions aplicable, what new matters will be included in the Annual Report 2013-14.
