14 September 2010 Pls can anyone tell me the contains of annual report for unlisted public company?
Is preparation of corporate governance report, CSR report & Management discussion & analysis report is necessary for unlisted public company?

14 September 2010 The content of annual report for unlisted public company includes Balance sheet, P&L, Directors report and auditors’ report.

For unlisted public company there is no need to prepare corporate governance report, CSR report & Management discussion & analysis report bcoz clause 49 of listing agreement is not applicable to an unlisted public company.
