penalty is imposed for 2005-06 to 2009-10 for not filling AIR by director (CIB).single order has been passed for all years but five demand notices has been issued.
Now clearify me whether one appeal is to be filed or appeal is to be filed year wise.

The appeals are to be filed for each assessment year separately.
