Previous year our company Filed Annual Information Return as company issued OFCD, but during the year there is no such transaction , so whether we have to file the NIL return during the . Plz tell me.

Section 285BA speaks about annual information return. If you have no transaction referred in 285BA(3), form 61A need not be filed. In other words NIL return is not mandatory.
