Dear friends!
if a company is incorporated in the month of October. by what time can it hold its 1st AGM. Will it be 18months form the dt of incorporation or within 9 months from the date of the balance sheet of the FY 2010. Kindly suggest.

First AGM must be held within the 15 month from the date of incorporation of company and central gov have empower to extent time for more 3 month if clear justification is provided by the company . It mean AGM must be held within 18 month from the incorporation of company
