There are 2 common directors in 3 companies..The registered office of all the three companies are in same permises(building) can AGM of all 3 co.`s be held in the same date and same time??

Hello,
AGM of all 3 companies is very much possible in the same premises on the same date but with different timings obviously.
For example:
Company 1 at 3.00 P.M.
Company 2 at 3.30 P.M.
Company 3 at 4.00 P.M.
