WHETHER STATUTORY AUDITOR HAS TO SIGN HIS ANNUAL REPORT ONLY AFTER IT IS APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS IN THE AGM?
approval of annual report by its directors is to be made on board meeting which will conduct before AGM.
shareholders are the person who approve report in AGM

When Statutory Auditor has to sign the audit report, before Board Meeting or After Board Meeting and between AGM or After AGM?
suppose, company held board meeting on 25.07.2015 for approval of account and board has approved the same , so in this meeting or in another day before AGM auditor has to sign the report. and final audited accounts will be available in hands of share holder on AGM
so auditor has to sign report after or on board meeting but before AGM
