Annual filing of return

27 June 2016 i want to know if xyz a private limited company, who's audit report, auditor appointment and all the financial statement of f.y. 2013-14 are prepared but the same are not filed in roc. now we can file such.
what will be the solution of this problem?

27 June 2016 Yes, it can be filed with roc now. I guess form 23ac 23aca will be available soon on mca website.

27 June 2016 yes, it will be available in the middle of August as per information shared by MCA.

28 June 2016 you have to file AUDITOR'S APPOINTED AS ON THE DATE OF AGM WHERE HE/SHE RETIRES AND AGAIN OFFER HIMSELF/HERSELF TO BE APPOINTED FOR A PERIOD OF DATE OF NEXT AGM SUBJECT TO RATIFICATION BY MEMBERS IN EVERY AGM. FOR PREVIOUS ANNUAL FILING, YOU HAVE TO APPOINT HIM ON BACK DATE
