The date of incorporation of a pvt ltd co is 20th june,2010. What should be the date of annual filing ?

The due date of AGM for B Private Limited will be 19.12.2011 as per Section 166.Section 166 clearly says that the first AGM may be hold with 18 months from incorporation.

15 September 2010 Your financial year would be from June 20, 2010 to March 31, 2011.

Last date for holding AGM will be 19 December, 2011.

You have to file your BS and P&L within 30 days of AGM through form 23AC and 23ACA.

it means i dont have to file Form 23AC and Form 23ACA for this year.

I have received a mail from MCA office for annual filing , should I ignore that ?
