My query is Private Ltd Company incorporated on 27 March 2013. Do I need to file annual return with ROC?

First Board meeting was conducted in April 2013.

20 April 2013 Your first financial year would be from 27-03-2013 to 31-03-2014 i.e. a period of 1 year and 5 days.
As per section 210 you can hold your first AGM till 31-12-2014.
So Balance sheet will be filed with ROC within 30 days of holding your first AGM.
