IF AN AMOUNT HAS BEEN INVESTED IN A SEGMENT OF OUR OWN COMPANY WHAT SHALL WE TREAT THAT AMONUT AS "UNSECURED LOAN" OR "CAPITAL"?

It will be treated as a Loan to Branch/Division. Company cant hold its own shares..
