What rate of service tax applicable under amnesty scheme for restaurants providing food and beverages ?

The amnesty scheme is no more.
the last date was 31.12.2013 for applying.
rates were applicable as were in the normal routine.
after july 12 there was 60% abatement and before that they weren't taxable

But what rate would be applicable for fy 2011-12 for restaurants servicing both foods beverages and having Liquor License also?
