The Amnesty Scheme will be imolemented after enactment of finance bill 2013.on 30th April finance bill 2013 was passed in lok sabha.does it mean that amnesty scheme has come into force?

No....the same shall be passed after the same is approved by Rajya Sabha & signed by President
