Ammendent in registration

Assessee is a sole proprietorship concern and registed with service tax. Now he started a new concern but the nature of service provided is same. What is the procedure of ammendent in service tax.

There are two options in the present scenario.
One-obtaining new registration and two; inclusion of the second unit in the registration by obtaining Centralised registration. For the first one, one has to apply afresh with all the relevant documents such ST_1, PAN card copy, address proof, business orders if any for sample etc. For the latter, you may request teh jurisidictioanl AC/DC for centralised registration with the list of all the branches units to be covered under centralised registration.
