16 October 2011 Assessee is a sole proprietorship concern and registed with service tax. Now he started a new concern but the nature of service provided is same. What is the procedure of ammendent in service tax.

17 October 2011 There are two options in the present scenario.
One-obtaining new registration and two; inclusion of the second unit in the registration by obtaining Centralised registration. For the first one, one has to apply afresh with all the relevant documents such ST_1, PAN card copy, address proof, business orders if any for sample etc. For the latter, you may request teh jurisidictioanl AC/DC for centralised registration with the list of all the branches units to be covered under centralised registration.
