27 February 2010 would the amendments that will apply on or after the 1st oct 2009 be considered for 2010 may exam?

27 February 2010 Only amendments prior to 6 months of the exams are applicable for exams.

So all amendments util oct 31st only will be applicable for May 10 exams.
