21 September 2013 1. I have to include some more service categories in my registration cert. therefore i hv amended my st2 online on aces.gov.in and take printout.
2 these docs and old original st2 furnish physical in service tax department but 10days lapsed we did not received new st2 sofar, i asked concerned official then he say we unable to see on website ur new reg. docs however we given physical which i hv amended.now they said once again u file amendement of st2 what i hv to do now?
3. Kindly anyone can send me the procedure of amendment of exisiting st2 on aces.gov.in

23 September 2013 1. Login to ACES website
2. Go to Registration tab, click on Amend Regn
3. Select highlighted
4. Do changes to services which you wish to add/delete.
5. Click next and submit all details. (make sure all details are upto date and correct)
6. Take a print of ST-1 amended and submit the same to Superintendent where you have done regn with all required proof for changes(for adding services, no proof required)
7. Collect ST-2 from them (takes 1 day to 7day)

Hope this steps clear your query.

If officer says, that it doesn't show anything then you must have made some mistakes in submitting details.
Once you submit it take a print of that and submit it to dept.

It would be better to take the help of CA for the same and later for filing returns. Remember, the fees that you pay to your CA will be much less than penalty that you may end up paying to department for any mistake because of lack of knowledge.
