15 October 2012 wheter amendment si required or not
the comapny change the name and adress of h/o
firstly the company have an adress as h/o in haryana with different name and registered in service tax in haryana
and now the comapny change their name and shifted h/o in delhi and b/o in haryana so how the amendment is made

Go to www.aces.gov.in Logon to your account and click "Amend ST1" Take the print out of amended ST1 and submit to the respective jurisdiction. You will be receiving the ST 2 in few days through mail & SUBMIT IT again for original signed RC.

15 October 2012 your office is situated in Haryana .
you mentioned your regional Authority of haryana will be DELHI-III

However if you have a centralized registration you can use the registration number for all the premises mentioned in the centralisation application in certificate.

Otherwise you will not able to raise your bill from branch office showing your head office registration number and also not eligible to claim credit for the service received at branch.
