i had made an amendment 5 days ago for change in ST-2 and want to made another change but the option to change (amend registration) is freeze what should i do ?

After online amendment and submission of applicable supporting documents (if applicable), you will be issued new ST-2.
After issue of new ST-2, you can again make amendment in it.
