Please provide me, how many reasons are there for amendments in service tax registration as per service tax act?

The following reasons you can amend the Service tax registration:
1. Changing of the constituion of assessee
2. Change of the address of office
3. For centralized registration to single premises registration or vise versa
4. Change of the name of firm or company or proprietor
5. In case of partnership Admission of partner or retired partner details etc.
6. Any other changes details mentioned in the ST-1 at the time of obtaining the registration.
