hello friends, i have a problem in finding out whether the consideration is in net payment method or net asset method because in net payment method you cannot take assets and liabilities. I am in great confusion please help me

Dear Praveen,
First understand that when you takeover assets and liabilities ans are going to discharge PC then it is Net Assets. In case of Net Payments Method there is no question of computing PC by assets and liabilities but it is by payments in form of shares and cash. Read the draft of the problem and mode of discharge. If there is any revaluation in fixed assets and fair market value consideration it is net asset other wise it is net payment
