Hii , what is method to be followed if a company took over all the assets other than goodwill of the transferor company

* if the company took over all the assets at book value Interest on pooling method to be used.- one of the condition for Amalgamation in nature of merging
* if the company not took over as per above point then Purchase method to be used.
* if the company not took over as per above point then Purchase method to be used.
