The object clause of a Private company is required to be changed. Please suggest me the process required to be followed for the MCA21 compliance and other requirement. What the relevent section to look for in the companies act.

YES SEC 17, 18 AND 19 DO CONTAIN THE DETAILS FOR THE PROCEDURE FOR CHANGE OF OBJECTS CLAUSE.
FIRST YOU NEED TO CONVENE A DIRECTORS MEETING TO FIX DATE FOR AN EGM( UNLESS YOU PROPOSE TO PASS A RESOLUTION AT AGM).
ALL SHAREHOLDERS TO BE SENT NOTICES FOR AGM/EGM
AFTER SHAREHOLDERS PASS THE SPL. RESOLUTION FOR CHANGE OF OBJECTS CLAUSE , FILE NECESSARY FORM 23 IN ROC,
ALONG WITH A COPY OF THE RESOLUTION PASSED.
A COPY OF REVISED PRINTED MEMORANDUM WITH NEW OBJECTS CLAUSE ALSO TO BE FILED WITH ROC.
