Alteration of object clause

I have Filled Mgt-14 for alteration of object clause. but the said form was sent for resubmission by MCA stating " furnish complete moa as per new guidelines, also furnish affidavit regarding non acceptance of deposit"Plz help me out in this regard

As per New Guidelines A New Memorandum and Article would be submitted by the CO. in case of change in MOA/AOA as per section 15(1) of Co Act 2013.
Affidavit for non Acceptance of Deposit is also required where it has been sent for re submission.I would mail the format if you would provide the mail id.

mail me at nirulbaliyan123@gmail.com, further i want to ask whether i have to reprint MOA as per co act 2013, or Old MOA as per co act 1956 along with altered clause would serve the purpose,bcz co. is registered as per co act 1956.

Old MOA (full set) containing altered clause will suffice.
