There was a rent agreement between two parties. Now they want to alter the contract price. So, is there any format / proforma for alteration / change in Rent Agreement ?

30 March 2018 there is no fixed format. You need to prepare an Addendum Agreement or Supplementary Agreement to the original Agreement in which you should give reference to earlier agreement and write a substitution clause for earlier rent clause with effective date thereof. The addendum agreement is required to be signed by both parties.
