Need your help regarding given issue:
There was a rent agreement between two parties. Now they want to alter the contract price. So, is there any format / proforma for alteration / change in Rent Agreement ?

there is no fixed format. You need to prepare an Addendum Agreement or Supplementary Agreement to the original Agreement in which you should give reference to earlier agreement and write a substitution clause for earlier rent clause with effective date thereof. The addendum agreement is required to be signed by both parties.
