Alteration in Other Objects of MoA

Hi,
My company, a pvt. ltd. company is looking to insert a new clause in the Memorandum, in the "Other Objects" part. Is the approval of the CLB expressly required for this or will approval of the ROC (thru eForm 23 and other) suffice for this?

alteration through eform 23 would suffice.

For the purpose of alteration of other objects in MOA, there is no need to take CLB approval.
