27 July 2014 i want to add new object in pvt ltd . can i need to change all moa as per new act . and i need to add only new object. and now what is the new format of special resolution for it.

27 July 2014 You can add one object in your object clause and there is no need to adopt new MOA.

For object clause change you have to pass special resolution in General meeting u/s 13 and file form MGT.14 within 30 days of passing special resolution.
