07 March 2009 pass special resolution in the AGM or EGM and file from 23 from 30 days from the date of the reslution.(Attachments to the form the New Object clause ,notice of the meeting ,resolution passed in the meeting)this alteration refers to change in the main object.then the memordum should be updated.
