Pls let me know, Whether there is any new form for form 5 as per companies act 1956?
If we want to alter and increase our authorised share capital as per resolution dated 31/03/2014 which form is to be filled with registrar.Pls rpy urgently.

PROCEDURE FOR INCREASE IN AUTHORIZE CAPITAL
INCREASE IN AUTHORIZE CAPITAL GOVERN BY SECTION 61.
PROCEDURE
1. First check is there any provision in AOA regarding increase in capital,
if there is provision in Article then it’s ok, But If there is no provision in
AOA then first Alter AOA.
2. Hold a Board Meeting
- To Get approval of Directors for Increase in Capital
- Call EGM
3. Hold a EGM
- Pass Ordinary Resolution for increase in authorize capital
4. File form MGT-14 with ROC within 30 days of passing of resolution:
- Attachments:
a. Notice of EGM
b. CTC of OR
c. Altered MOA
5. File form SH-7 with roc within 30 days of passing of Ordinary Resolution
- Attachment:
a. Notice of EGM
b. CTC of OR
c. Altered Moa
6. ROC will check the Documents and will approve to increase in authorize capital.
