now tds is deduct in apr of next F.Y. so that exp. is allowable in the same F.Y. or Not

Yes it is allowable , if it deposited with interest before the due date of filing of return

i think for your March expenses will allowed but not for april to feb.. due date for april to feb tds remittance is 31st march.
