03 December 2012 A EDUCATINAL TRUST WHICH GROSS RECEIPT IS MORE THAN 1 CRORE.....THAN TRUST PAY TO HIS MEMBER SALARY AND OTHER EXP IS AALOWED FOR TRUST?

03 December 2012 Objects of the trust is the KEY indicator. Rent paid to landlord... say to run the activities of the trust... is allowable expenditure.
