11 January 2012 What happens if allotment of Shares issued under preferential issue is made on the 17th day of inprincipal approval?

The law says that allotment needs to be done within 15 days from the date of inprincipal approval

In may case the allotment has been made on the 17th Day. Needs to know how to go about this as the Stock Exchange in not giving the listing permission for these shares alloted.

You must have obtained permission for listing of share bfore making allotment.

Pls elaborate your query pertaining to ground on which permission is denied by SE.
