The Private Limited Company,
Incorporated with Authorised Cap. 20 lakhs & paid up capital of Rs. 1 lakh.
Then after the company Purchased the business of a partnership firm in which partners are director of the company, & issued shares as consideration to the Partners of the firm.
For the said issue of shares which e-form should be filed with RoC & what's the procedure for the same.

Dear Frnd,
Kindly note you need to File Form 2 with list of allottees & Form 3 attaching the copy of board resoln, if the shares are allotted, when the consideration is other than for Cash !
