If I have filed form No.2 for Ist allotment for shares, allotted in terms of memorandum at the time of incorporation of company then what will happened. advise

As such nothing will happen, may be on Portal the Master data may show the paid up capital as twice which you can rectify by giving clarification to MCA otherwise no adverse effect

Nothing to worry as you have not done anything with fraudulent intention. So you can always explain the same to any authority.
