what are the Rules/regulation to raise the ESOP (Employee Stock options).

Who is eligible for getting the ESOP's

is there is any rights to get the ESOP to the Employees...

29 April 2010 For listed Copmpany there is Special ESOS/EOSP guidlines which need to be complied by the Company.

An employee shall be eligible to participate in ESOS of the company, except:

-An employee who is a promoter or belongs to the promoter group shall not be eligible to participate in the ESOS.

-A director who either by himself or through his relative or through any body corporate, directly or indirectly holds more than 10% of the outstanding equity shares of the company shall not be eligible to participate in the ESOS.

29 April 2010 For listed Copmpany there is SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (EMPLOYEE STOCK OPTION SCHEME AND EMPLOYEE STOCK PURCHASE SCHEME) GUIDELINES, 1999 which need to be complied by the Company.
