Dear Sir/ Madam,
Please help me out on this.
While allotment of shares consideration is Unsecured Loans, so the question is while filing the form PAS-3 it will be considered as;
1. consideration in Cash
OR
2. Consideration in Kind

If the loan was received as cash(by bank), then consideration would be in cash. If the loan was introduced as an asset or in kind, the consideration would be kind.
