27 January 2012 what is the procedure to attot the share when the face value of the share earlier issued was Rs.10/- but face value od=f the share to be alloted is 100

07 February 2012 File form 2 and make allotment in case capital clause of MOA makes disclosure about face value of RS. 100/- per share.

Otherwise go for consolidation of share capital and file form 5
