Air Travel agent receives commission on airlines(say Rs 100) and of that comm parts some amount(say Rs 20) to its customer . Then he should pay service tax on comm recd from airlines i.e Rs 100/- or On Rs 80/-(100-20)i.e Comm recd - comm paid?
