i converted agriculture land into urban land before converting dlc rate of land is 1000000 and after converted rate of dlc jumped to 8000000 now i want to sold it so what i do short term capital gain so high....... give me any idea

Where is the land situated. Did u enter into an Agreement to Sell before converting it?
