Every land document is with the land revenue authority. If it is agricultural land then you have to give the intimation to the concerned officer that this much of agricultural product has been grown and accordingly you have to pay negligible amount of fee. Once this is recorded in the revenue records you cannot hold the agricultural product for a longer period so you have to sale it on sale procure the receipt from Mandi. These are good documents to prove that you have agricultural income.
