02 February 2012 My friend has sold his agricultural property. Profit made on sale of property is exempt. Where this should reflect in income tax return under the head exempt income i.e. under exempt agricultural income or exempt other income? and why?

02 February 2012 I think at the capital gain schedule there is an option to exempted income/gain so It would be fill at capital gain schedule. Otherwise not required.
