Is there is any other legal condition to become farmer

26 December 2011 The Agriculture land must be situated in India. The assessee himself carries on agriculture activity, or gives the Agri Land on Rent or he carries on such activity with the help of Pattedar (Pantidar).

The assessee may be told to furnish the land documents and proof of sale of its agriculture produces. These are the basic requirements or conditions.
