if we purchase any agricultre product and use as raw material for production direct from a farmer
how do we account that raw material in our account books as we dont recive any invoice for that.
please help

In such cases, you can prepare vouchers containing the details of purchases from the farmer and get a copy signed by the farmer.

you can make goods receipts memo and take his sign after last item and make sign and also weighing slip of weight of goods.
