18 November 2009 Dear members,

Can anyone send me the specimen of the agreement in writing to be made with the private limited company(newly incorporated) by the person who wants to become the member/ shareholder of the company who is not the subscriber to the MOA?

18 November 2009 Let me tell you a formal agreement is not required to become a shareholder of a company. Simple allotment of shares in board meeting and filing of form-2 is enough.
