08 October 2014 whether Notice issue date for holding AGM could be before the Balance sheet singed date?

09 October 2014 Usually date of AGM is fixed after completion of Audit and adoption of financial statements in the board meeting.

Reason behind this is section 136 which says financial statement should be sent to the shareholders 21 days before the AGM.

Subject to above it is not possible to have notice issue date before BS signing date.
