Who can prepare minutes of AGM of a Pvt Ltd Company - any employee of the compnay or only CS or CA? can any one provide me a sample of minutes for AGM

Anyone can prepare minutes of AGM. just it must be signed by the 2 directors and secretary of company.

Agree with Mr. Ankur. Anyone can prepare the Minutes who has knowledge of it.
As far as question of signing the Minutes are concerned "Chairman" of the Meeting will sign it and that is also within 30 Days of Meeting.
