AGM EXTENSION FY2021- APPLICATION TO ROC IN GNL1

When the application made for extension of AGM for 2021 through GNL1 for our company, the MCA has marked "MATTER REFERRED TO RD" . Pls guide what is the further procedure in this matter.

MCA issued notice for extension to all the companies through their respective ROC for a period of two months i.e. till the date 30/11/2021. so if you are holding AGM on or before this due date, then no need to wait for approval. otherwise file a complaint and mention SRN no under MCA portal that this is pending for RD. you will get some sort of solution
