In a pvt. ltd. company , can a AGM be conducted on sunday as per the companies act, 2013 ?

It is conducted during business hours, whether it is sunday or not. But it should not be a National holiday.

As per The Companies Act 2013, AGM can be held at any day including sundays but not on The National Holidays.
