09 July 2020 Company incorporation date : 28/11/2018.
1) 1st AGM due date as per companies act ? Extension available?
2) what are the consequences if MCA formalities not done by company till date from date of incorporation.

in case of non-compliances, penalties under Companies Act, 2013 will be leviable. if your company incorporates on 28/11/2019 then last date is 31/12/2020 for first AGM
