The assessee received lease from agricultural paddy land of Rs.1,00,000/-. Can i take this amount as agricultural income.

yes it can be taken as agriculture income

If the lessee is using the land for 'agricultural purposes', then the lease rent will be agricultural income in the hands of the lessor.
