05 January 2019 dear sir i am incorporated a company. in which i subscribed 500000 share capital in MOA .IS 500000 dedposited in company bank account for share certificate or not?

08 January 2019 me and my wife are directors of this company and subscribe 500000 share capital each . in that time i don,t know this money wil be compulsarily deposited . now i have not enough money for deposited then what i do sir ?
